OVERVIEW IN SIMPLE LANGUAGE
The selection process of AXIS BANK YOUNG BANKERS PROGRAM is very clear and transparent and with a little of smart work and  one week of serious study can take you to a new zenith ,and you can get selected. The program has ONE WRITEN and ONE PERSONAL INTERVIEW.

• The writen exam will be computer based OMR type in which there will be four to five options with only one correct choice.
• There will be four sections including ENGLISH , QUANTATIVE , LOGICAL REASONING , PERSONALITY.
• This is an ADAPTIVE TEST conducted by AMCAT. It means , if you answer one question as correct then the next question will be of little higher difficulty , and if the answer is wrong then the next question on the computer screen will be of lower difficulty level. 
• There is no option to go back on any previous question , once an answer is choosen ,you have to save every option and move to next question after saving only. hence you can not go back to the previous questions.
• The level of difficulty is average level.we have provided the sure shot question paper which generally repeats.
• There is no NEGATIVE marking.
• Personality questions holds an important place in  this exam conducted by AMCAT. 
• While answering personality questions ,the question will repeat after 4 or five question ,make sure you remember what you choose.
• The over all time of exam is 120 minutes , although sectional time has been divided.
  

After clearing Amcat Writen test ,you will be called for the interview.

The questions will be of easy level, many students gets selected in this round.you can practice simple question of bank exams clerk level or even lower than that,

the test is of adaptive type,that means if you answer a question correct,the next question will be of little tough level.

if you answer any question wrong then the next question will be of lower difficulty.

you can not skip any question and there will be no option of going back.

there will be no negative marking.

 The question of English section will contains some easy passage and spotting error and vocabulary  based questions.

LOGICAL REASONING

The question will contains direction based , assumption based , blood relation ,coding decoding questions.Syllabus for Logical Ability (Reasoning) is:

4. Reasoning & Critical reasoning.
5. Blood Relations Reasoning.
